Clause R5.1(d) of the Reservation Contract shall be amended as follows: "The date of completion to be specified in the contract exchanged for the purchase of the LOT shall be no later than 28 DAYS after the date of exchange of contracts, unless otherwise agreed by the SELLER"
In addition, the Buyer and Seller agree that Clause R6.5 and R6.6 of the Reservation Contract shall be removed and shall not apply in relation to this Property. For the avoidance of doubt, the Buyer agrees that the Reservation Fee shall be non-refundable in all circumstances.
